Works at Zaval in three shifts

A third shift has been introduced at the construction site of the Astra Montenegro complex, and 650-700 constructors will be engaged to work at construction of 38 villas, construction director Slavko Milkovic said.

After a lengthy delay in works, Budva is witnessing the increasingly active construction of certain objects again. The third shift has been introduced at the site of construction of a residential and office complex in the downtown, in which Opstina Budva and the "Trade Unique" company invested approximately 60 mln euro. The construction of the office and residential six-storey complex will end before July 1, and the apartments, offices and garages will be handed over to owners in late November.

Sources from the MIRAX company which is busy with building the elite complex in the Cape of Zaval said the construction was carried out in three shifts  "The third shift has been introduced to work at the construction site of the Astra Montenegro complex, and 650-700 construction workers are attracted daily to build 38 villas, construction director Slavko Milkovic said.

MIRAX is planning to end the construction of the villas by May 31, while the erection of the 24-storey hotel will begin in the fall. MIRAX will spend nearly 200 mln euro for the construction works.
