All 36
villas will have been built on Cape Zaval by the beginning of summer season and
construction of an exclusive hotel will begin in autumn, Vyacheslav Leybman,
Director of the Mirax Balkans, reported yesterday to the Vijesti daily paper.
According
to his words, prior to the beginning of tourist season not only villas, but the
appropriate infrastructure (water supply system, power supply systems, roads,
coastlines, beaches, restaurants, cafes) will be completed as well. Mr. Leybman
emphasized that they had already sold 60 % of the villas. As for the hotel, the
construction is going to start in September or at the beginning of October.
Director of the Mirax Balkans noticed that fall in prices on real estate market
was inevitable, because earlier demand had been considerably outgrowing supply,
and that resulted in price rocketing. In his opinion, a thing that was 800 Euros
then is going to be 100 Euros now. And this will be "a reasonable price".
At the same time he recommended not to sell out quality real estate, because
its cost is going to increase. As regards the coming tourist season, Mr.
Leybman supposed that this year the majority of tourists would come from the
Balkans.
