The expiring year was
successful both in terms of view of investment program implementation and in
terms of results of touristic season, mayor Rayko Kulyacha reported in the
interview with the Radio Budva radio station.
According to his words, the
investment program has been implemented for 99.9 %. Tourism incomes were 10-15
% higher as compared with the region. At the same time mayor of Budva
emphasized that next touristic year would be "full of temptation", so they need
to be well prepared for that. Once again he confirmed that in 2009 the Mirax would commence building of a 27-storeyed hotel on Cape Zavala.
In one of his interviews Vyacheslav Leybman, managing partner of the MIRAX GROUP corporation, commented on completion of building of the first stage
of the object: "At the end of May 2009 we will declare open the first stage of
the complex which includes 36 villas. MIRAX corporation will complete the improvement of the territory, fronts, building of
artificial coastline, beaches, planting - everything to present the first stage
of the complex and let about 30 customers take up residence in their
apartments". |
