The
expiring year was successful both from the point of realisation of the
investment program, and from the point of results of a tourist season. Mayor
Rajko Kuljacha has informed about it in interview in radio station "Radio
Budva".
As he said the investment program is realised on 99,9%. Incomes from
tourism were on 10-15 % above in comparison with region. At the same time the
mayor of Budva has underlined that next tourist year «will be full of
temptations», so it is necessary to be prepared qualitatively. He has once
again confirmed that in 2009 MIRAX GROUP will begin building of 27-storeyed hotel on Blockage cape.
In one of
the interviews Vyacheslav Lejbman,
the operating partner of corporation MIRAX
GROUP has given comments concerning end of building of a first stage of
object: «In the end of May we declare opening of a first stage of a complex
which includes 36 houses. Corporation MIRAX
GROUP will finish completely an accomplishment of territory, facades,
building of artificial coast, beaches, gardening, that is all, that present a
complex first stage, and an order of 30 our clients already could lodge in their
