Mirax Group on behalf of the regional division of OJSC "Mirax
Balkan Management" (Mirax Balkan) in 2008 will invests nearby 50-60mln euro
in development and maintenance of tourist infrastructure of Montenegro. It is
spoken about in the report of Mirax Group.
Mirax Group is formed in 1994 by Sergey Polonsky (owns 85% of shares)
and Arthur Kirilenko (10%) as the company "Stroymontazh ". Now the
rest 5% belong to the members of the Board of directors. The structure of the
corporation includes: the company MiraxConstruction, engaged in investments and
construction, MiraxCity - the official customer and the builder of the business
complex "Federation", and also MiraxService.
Now in the portfolio of the corporation are objects and projects by the
area of more than 12mln sq.m.. In 2008 it is planned to begin construction of
at least 7 new objects by the area of 4.5mln.m.
The growth of net profit of Mirax Group in 2007 is predicted in 2 times
up to $300mln in comparison with 2006, of proceeds - in 2.3 times up to
$1.2mlrd. EBITDA will make nearby $500mln, having been increased in 2.3 times. |
