of meeting and survey of building and the report of the investor and the
contractor, participants of initiative group have come to a conclusion that
have no claims to quality and carrying out of civil work of a city-club «Astra
Montenegro»
According
to Vyacheslav Lejbman, the project head ASTRA MONTENEGRO and operating partner
MIRAX GROUP, the idea of creation of initiative group has been offered by
buyers of our apartments. We, as the investor the builder and the contractor of
building with pleasure have supported this idea and are ready to give to
members of Group full access to the operative information on a course of civil
work on our object Astra Montenegro.
Besides,
we have suggested holding such meetings on a regular basis. MIRAX BALKAN absolutely openly conducts
building of the object on Zavala and for us very important that our buyers
taking a part in this process.
Today,
our initiative was supported by our seven buyers who were a part of initiative
group. We hope in a future the Group
becoming basis of an operating command of tenants, who will take a part in
important decisions in ability to live maintenance of a city-club.
Any buyer of our apartments of city-club "Astra Montenegro" can take a part in
