Following
the results of 2009 in
city-club Astra Montenegro
it has been realized an order of 70 % of apartments from a building first
stage. The first stage includes 38 houses that make an order of 200 apartments.
According
to Vyacheslav Lejbman, the project head, operating partner MIRAX GROUP, for the period September December,
2008 we realized an order of 20 apartments. Certainly, in the summer we sold on
25 apartments in a month. Of course, we
feel certain decrease in consumer ability. But
uniqueness of our situation consists that in the market of Montenegro our
offer, perhaps, the one worthy and really under construction in this segment. It
is possible to tell that Astra Montenegro is the market of elite habitation in Montenegro.
Thus,
for today, more than 150 apartments already have their owners. And to the
summer season beginning all works on a territory accomplishment will be
completely complete. They include building of artificial coast, erection of
beaches, landscape gardening, registration of facades of country houses and
many other things. We predict that an
order of 30 clients can already call in in the apartments in the first of June. |
